If you have lived with us before – either as a member in another household, in a unit at another property, or you have moved out and moved back in your phone number may still be on file at that inactive account.
If you register to pay online using that phone number, your email account may be assigned to the inactive account and you won’t be able to pay online.
If your phone number is on file at a previous unit, we strongly suggest that you don’t use your phone number when signing up to pay online. Instead, use the Registration Code (printed on the bottom of every statement) to sign up and leave the phone number portion of the form blank. The registration code is printed at the bottom of your statements and begins with the letter t followed by seven digits.
