Step 1. Sign up for an email account
To pay online you must have an email account and you must actually receive a messages there. If you don’t know exactly what your email address is, how to check your email, or what your password is you cannot sign up or pay online.
Step 2. Have you ever lived with us before or payed online before?
If this is your first time living at the Athens Housing Authority and you have never used our online payment system before, skip to the next step.
If you have lived here before, please review the following information before attempting to sign up for online payments.
- Have you previously signed up to pay online at another unit?
- Have you paid online before but since lost access to the email address you registered with?
- Has your phone number ever been on file before at another unit – even if you were just living there?
Visit the link below then link on the left sidebar that says Click here to register. When registering you can provide either the phone number we have on file for your account or the registration code printed at the bottom of the statement – you don’t need to provide both. If you have trouble with one,
try the other.
Step 4. Verify your email
Log into your email and open the email that was automatically sent to you and click the link to verify your email address.
Step 5. All done
That’s it! You have successfully signed up and can now pay online.
